Native Realty’s Sarah and Jeremiah Adler Broker Restaurant Lease in Pompano Beach

Real estate associates Sarah and Jeremiah Adler brokered a new restaurant lease in Pompano Beach. The

Adlers represented tenant Nenar Holdings LLC in a 4,526-square-foot restaurant lease at 2780 E. Atlantic Blvd. Nenar is managed by the founder of Mora Grill in Pompano Beach and Ferdos Grill in Fort Lauderdale.

The tenant plans to open Affendi Bar & Grill, a Middle Eastern concept, at the location. The space was previously home to Umberto’s Pizza.

“Sarah and Jeremiah Adler continue to demonstrate their ability to make creative transactions happen regardless of product type or location,” Native Realty CEO Jaime Sturgis said. “We applaud them on these successful new leases in Pompano Beach and Oakland Park.”

The Adlers joined Native in 2023, bringing an entrepreneurial background and strong retail and restaurant industry relationships. Previously based in California, the duo operated a successful property management and apartment leasing company in the Greater Los Angeles area.
