Jaime Sturgis of Native Realty Featured in the South Florida Business Journal

 

The firm’s founder and CEO was honored as a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year during the publication’s annual Structures Awards. This is the third consecutive year that Sturgis has been recognized by the Business Journal for his dealmaking prowess.

“During 2020, the year of the pandemic, Native Realty has generated the same output of investment sales and leasing transactions as previous years. This summer, the team created bidding wars for multifamily properties and closed several sales.

Recent transactions include the $2.95 million sale of a four-story office building off Federal Highway and U.S. 1, the $2.11 million sale of the mixed-use Acque Celesti site in Fort Lauderdale’s Victoria Park, and the $1.97 million sale of iconic retail and bar space on Federal Highway in Flagler Village.”
