Additionally, Jaime Sturgis of Native Realty in Fort Lauderdale said investors that have focused on one asset class such as offices are finding opportunities elsewhere, particularly in the robust industrial and multifamily markets.
“We’re seeing some musical chairs,” Sturgis said. “Everybody is chasing yield. Wherever the opportunity is, people are going, and that’s changing historical buying patterns.”
