Jaime Sturgis Receives ULI 2019 Young Leader of the Year Award

The Native Realty CEO earned the prestigious real estate industry honor for his efforts curating emerging urban neighborhoods. He is best known for his efforts in transforming Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village, where he has completed more than 500,000 square feet in transactions over the last few years, and where his commitment to the neighborhood has been key to establishing it as one of Broward’s most exciting new markets.

ULI’s Young Leader of the Year Award honors inspiring industry professionals aged 35 or younger

 

 

“I am honored and humbled to accept this very prestigious award,” said Sturgis. “Our mission has been to curate neighborhoods, and we work on fusing arts, culture, food, beverage, creators and makers together. We’re building a neighborhood, an identity, not only for the residents that are there and the retailers that are moving in, but for the city as a whole. It’s been an amazing ride.”
