Native Realty is creating significant momentum for one of Fort Lauderdale’s fastest-growing neighborhoods: Studio City. The Jaime Sturgis-led firm just successfully brokered a lease that will facilitate the U.S. debut of a prominent United Kingdom-based e-commerce beauty retailer in Studio City.
Sturgis and Native Associate Stacy Karst represented the landlord in a 10-year lease with Meder Beauty, an international e-commerce company with more than 500 sales locations through its distribution network in 15 countries across Europe and Asia.
Meder’s award-winning skincare products utilize microbiome-friendly formulas and routines to treat acne, wrinkles, dry skin, redness and more.
Elsewhere in Studio City, Karst represented Ken Zarrilli’s Transforma Realty, LLC in a 2,299-square-foot lease with The Space Fort Lauderdale at 1271 NE Ninth Ave. The Space offers breathwork, yoga and cold plunges. It regularly hosts breathworking events that draw enthusiastic participation on Fort Lauderdale Beach.
