Native Realty Brokers New Commercial Property Sales in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach

Native Realty is consistently closing impressive commercial real estate investment transactions in a challenging dealmaking environment. The Jaime Sturgis-led firm just represented both sides of new property sales in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach.

In Fort Lauderdale, Sturgis represented the seller in the $2.65 million sale of a 6,781-square-foot retail building at 730 W. Broward Blvd. Native’s Jeremiah and Sarah Adler represented buyer K.M. & Buschbaum.

Sturgis also represented the seller in a $1.73 million transaction in Deerfield Beach. WS Investments Commercial acquired a 4,320-square-foot medical-office building at 372 S. Powerline Road. Native’s Dan Ross represented the buyer.

These sales closed on consecutive business days.

The Deerfield Beach transaction is another example of Native unlocking new medical-office investment sales opportunities in South Florida. In August 2025, Sturgis represented both sides of the $12 million sale of the Medplex assemblage in Fort Lauderdale, generating a bidding war to procure two offers at full asking price and one exceeding the asking price by $500,000.

“We are consistently demonstrating how we deliver full-service results for commercial real estate buyers and sellers when others cannot,” Sturgis said. “Tight supply continues to present challenges in the South Florida market, but we overcome it through our relationships, market expertise and creative marketing strategies.”

Native, which recently surpassed $1 billion in overall transaction volume, has more than tripled its number of brokers in the past year. The firm is actively interviewing senior commercial real estate brokers in Broward and Palm Beach counties to accommodate increasing client demand. Native is working on $100 million in off-market investment sales opportunities on behalf of commercial real estate investor clients.
