Native Realty is quickly gaining substantial market share in Palm Beach County. The firm brokered two new leases for Ella Café to make its debut in the county and represented Parlor Doughnuts in a lease for a new Boca Raton location.
Liz Metott, a Senior Associate at Native, represented Ella Café in the leases for its first two Palm Beach County locations. The popular coffee house signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at Woolbright Plaza in Boynton Beach and a 1,650-square-foot lease at Westlake Palms in Loxahatchee.
Founded in 2016, Ella Café specializes in Italian-style coffee using its proprietary blend of beans, coupled with freshly made pastries. It has existing locations in Coral Springs, Davie and Plantation.
Metott and Native COO Kaley Tuning also represented Parlor Doughnuts in a 1,518-square-foot lease at The Mark at Cityscape in Boca Raton’s Mizner Park neighborhood. Founded in 2019, Parlor Doughnuts is a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items. The chain’s name is a nod to the centuries-old term “parlor,” describing the special room in a house where families would comfortably entertain guests.
Parlor Doughnuts is rapidly growing nationwide and has two existing franchise locations in South Florida. It has over 20 locations across Florida.
Sturgis and Native Executive Director – Commercial Dan Ross are exclusively marketing a prime retail center at 1722 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach. The center’s existing tenants include AutoZone and Dollar Tree. It currently has 11,900 square feet available for lease.
Native is separately in negotiations for a nearly 17,000-square-foot retail lease at another property in West Palm Beach. It is also actively working on $50 million in off-market investment sales opportunities on behalf of commercial real estate investor clients.
