Native Realty Continues Talent Expansion with Two New Broker Additions

Native Realty continues to attract talented commercial real estate brokers seeking to be part of South Florida’s market-leading brokerage. The Jaime Sturgis-led firm welcomed new Associates Jeff Dysart and Connor Gordon to the Native family.

Dysart brings 12 years of diverse real estate experience to Native. He worked closely with developers and general contractors to implement large-scale multifamily projects throughout the tri-county area.

That background gives Dysart a deep understanding of the development process, from planning and design through project completion.

At Native, Dysart will continue his multifamily specialization while also brokering retail, and industrial development transactions.

Gordon will focus on industrial leasing and investment sales to support the increased demand for Native’s services from commercial real estate investors. He has a strong foundation in real estate, business strategy and market analysis.

Native, which just surpassed $1 billion in overall transaction volume, has more than tripled its number of brokers in the past year. The firm is actively interviewing senior commercial real estate brokers in

Broward and Palm Beach counties, as these professionals see Native as a desirable alternative to the stuffy, corporate firms that operate like boiler rooms.

“We have proven over time that you can work hard as a commercial real estate broker while loving what you do and the people you work with,” Sturgis said. “Attracting talented brokers like Jeff and Connor reinforce the Native difference. We are excited to support their growth through our hands-on mentorship, training and overall spirit of collaboration. We pride ourselves on providing agents with resources and opportunities to grow quickly and avoid climbing the corporate ladder.”
