Native Realty CEO Jaime Sturgis continues to generate media attention for his record-breaking sales in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. In the latest example, Sturgis was spotlighted in the new issue of South Florida Business & Wealth magazine.
Record prices in Flagler Village
Two sales in Fort Lauderdale’s booming Flagler Village broke pricing records for the neighborhood, Native Realty reports.
“Native Realty founder and CEO Jaime Sturgis closed the sales of the Flagler Uptownand Hive mixed-use buildings for $6.625 million each. Flagler Uptown traded for $362 a square foot ($267 a square foot counting land), while The Hive changed hands for $428 a square foot ($228 counting land).”
