Leading commercial real estate publication CRE-Sources published a new article about the milestone Flagler Village transactions recently closed by Native Realty Founder and CEO Jaime Sturgis, who closed the sales of the Flagler Uptown and Hive mixed-use buildings on Jan. 15. Each site sold for $6.625 million, for a total sale price of $13.25 million.
