Jaime Sturgis Quoted in Sun Sentinel Article on What’s Next for Flagler Village

Jaime Sturgis was recently quoted in a Sun Sentinel article about the future of Flagler Village.

With a projected population of 27,755 by 2027, Flagler Village is looking to distinguish itself as the spot to live in South Florida.

Some compare the village and its proposed reimagined arts district, FAT Village, to Miami’s prominent creative and culture-centric Wynwood section, which is packed with restaurants, galleries and retail.

Despite an upward trajectory in rental prices, demand remains high for new apartments in the Flagler Village area.

“We sold five multi-family development sites in the last 12 months,” said Jaime Sturgis, CEO of Native Realty in Fort Lauderdale. “We’ve done a tremendous amount of leasing.”
