Native Realty CEO Jaime Sturgis Closes Record Flagler Village Transaction

Native Realty Founder and CEO Jaime Sturgis brokered the record-breaking sales of the Flagler Uptown and Hive buildings in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. Sturgis was featured in a story about the transaction by The Real Deal.

Tricera Capital, RRE Investments buy Flagler Uptown and the Hive in Flagler Village

Jaime Sturgis brokered the $13.25 million sale of the two properties. He successfully repositioned and leased up each site.

“A few years ago, I couldn’t get anyone to take this neighborhood seriously. Nobody thought the rents could be achieved,” Sturgis said. The sales “speak to the fact that it’s not such an emerging market anymore.”
