Native Realty Closes Flurry of Deals in Broward County

Jaime Sturgis-led real estate firm continued its torrid dealmaking pace in the beginning of 2022

Native Realty completed a number of new office, retail and industrial property sales throughout Broward County. Recent closings include the $2.5 million sale of an 8,562-square-foot office building located at 900 NE 26th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. Sturgis and Native Associate Dino Flora brokered the sale on behalf of NE 26th Ave LLC. Syvinnis Holdings Inc. purchased the property. The latest sales activity was featured in numerous publications, including CRE-Sources.

The latest deals follow a busy end of 2022 highlighted by Sturgis representing entrepreneur and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling author Patrick Bet-David on his purchase of commercial buildings in Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale for a combined $8.6 million. Bet-David’s media company, Valuetainment, is expected to base its new headquarters in Oakland Park.
