Native Realty Earns Two SFBJ Structures Awards Nods

South Florida Business Journal is set to recognize the impressive work of Native Realty in multiple ways during its 2025 Structures Awards scheduled on Sept. 18 at Gulfstream Park. Native is a finalist in two award categories, with CEO Jaime Sturgis up for the annual Dealmaker of the Year Award and the firm’s role in the Marina Village project in Fort Lauderdale Beach earning finalist honors in the Best Reuse/Rehab category.

Now in its 10th year, the Structures Awards program highlights a broad spectrum of achievements in real estate, reflecting the depth and diversity of South Florida’s building landscape. More than 40 projects, companies and business leaders will be recognized in a variety of categories that spotlight the tri-county region’s expansive real estate sector and the business executives who help fuel the industry.

Native is no stranger to the Structures Awards. Sturgis is now a four-time Dealmaker of the Year honoree (winner in 2022, finalist in 2018 and 2020), and Native won the prestigious Terry Stiles Deal of the Year Award in 2019. The firm was also a finalist for Best Reuse/Rehab in 2023 for Native’s work reimagining the Gateway Shopping District.
