“Native Realty Co., a real estate brokerage founded last year, closed the $6.75 million sale of the mixed-use Seagrape Commons in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
Brothers Andrew and Corey Shader through ACS 218 LLC bought the two-building, two-story plaza at 218 and 222 E. Commercial Blvd. a short walk from the beach on the southwest corner of Commercial Boulevard and Poinciana Street. Seagrape Commons LLC was the seller.
Native Realty CEO and founder Jaime Sturgis and sales associate Amanda Roy closed the deal June 29 at $182 per square foot.”
