The Native Realty Founder and CEO secured a lease for for the entire ground floor of a historic church building in the city’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The tenant is the operator of the popular Rhythm & Vine, The Wilder social club, Boulevard Kitchen & Juice Bar, Harrell’s Hot Dogs, Roxanne’s Lounge and The Whole Enchilada Fresh Mexican Grill locations.
