Native Realty Brings Several New Retailers to Fabrick in Flagler Village

 

Over the last 90 days, Native has completed more than 60,000 square feet in leases throughout South Florida. Recent deals include the firm signing NOW Massage, Thread and Theory and Form Hair Studio at BH3’s Fabrick adaptive re-use project in Flagler Village.

 

Project in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village secures retail tenants

 

Fort Lauderdale-based Native Realty is handling leasing for the 24,100-square-foot project from Aventura-based real estate firm BH3

 

 

“Fabrick will include office, retail and food and beverage space when it opens at 801-819 N.E. Second Ave in Fort Lauderdale. The retail tenants are expected to debut in the first quarter of 2021, said Jaime Sturgis, CEO of Native Reality.

The new tenants include:

  • NOW Massage (2,366 square feet) – This national massage parlor chain is slated to open its first Florida location at Fabrick. The brand has locations open in a dozen other states thus far.
  • Thread and Theory (1,100 square feet) – Women’s fashion brand Thread and Theory plans to debut its first brick-and-mortar storefront in Fort Lauderdale. Currently, the company is an online-only retailer.
  • Form Hair Studio (2,204 square feet) – This local hair coloring studio already has a location within Flagler Village.”
