Whitney Dutton Discusses Best Condo Values with Miami Herald

Native Realty Residential Sales Director Whitney Dutton spoke with Miami Herald reporter Rebecca San Juan about the best current values for condominium buyers in South Florida.

The Herald analyzed data from the Multiple Listing Service to determine which local zip codes offered buyers with the most bang for their buck. Dutton noted that there are several affordable alternatives to the pricier condos available in Fort Lauderdale. He identified Sunrise, Plantation and Oakland Park as markets with appealing condo options.

“Forget shopping in Fort Lauderdale anytime soon at these prices, said Whitney Dutton, real estate agent and residential sales director for Fort Lauderdale-based real estate firm Native Realty. All of these neighborhoods are west of Interstate 95, but “there are some positive trends happening in some of them like Plantation, Sunrise and Oakland Park.”
